Wanting to be leading in developing successful project management, Expecto project- and change management is founded in 1996 by three internationally certified project managers. Expecto helps organisations to implement more effectively, efficiently and successfully change and improvement on a project base. Expecto helps to start up projects, to accompany and coach the project team involved, not excluding management, or to take control of complex projects should the client require this. Expecto is committed to agreed results.

With the introduction of the CPO, Chief Project Officer, we offer a new role on executive level to start implementing Project Governance. Project governance consists of the building blocks depicted in the figure below.

What we do:
- Improving Project Management Organisation by qualifying project capability with our Project Management Maturity Model, offering sound advice on how to improve project and organisational performance;
- Implementing PRINCE2™ in organisations and accreditation of organisations by the PRINCE2™ Maturity Model;
- Improving their capabilities through training, notably around the PRINCE2™ standard;
- Developing within the organisation a common project management standard, to fit the needs of the organisation;
- Finding the right resources to lead or to support projects.
We support project initiatives with the "Projectenloods", encompassing all techniques and necessary qualified professionals to prepare projects for project execution to accelerate project execution. A typical example of this service is the TowRail initiative.

- Assisting Siemens Netherlands in their set goals to professionalise project management.
- Getting the Port of Rotterdam "Maasvlakte 2" project a PRINCE2™ accreditation which, in political terms, is vital for project goals credibility and sustainability of the project itself.
- Being leading in a project turn-around developing a completely new curriculum for the medical faculty implementing the Bachelor-Master system.
- Achieving a 200% acceleration in project throughput, meeting time to market goals for the marketing division of a global bank.
